Embrace Brunch

Whistler's year-round brunch culture is heightened only by one occasion: Easter Sunday. There are a ton of unique brunch events around town to celebrate this spring holiday. Many of the brunch's vary in their offerings so choose wisely... or just visit them all!

Whistler's Cultural Connector

Whistler is bursting at the seams with unique cultural experiences. The Cultural Connector is a scenic pathway and bikeway that links six significant cultural institutions around town and identifies noteworthy points. It is a chance to learn about the encompassing cultures that have shaped Whistler's community. On the pathway, you will find the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre, Lost Lake PassivHaus, Audain Art Museum, Maury Young Arts Centre, Whistler Public Library and the Whistler Museum.

Take A Hike

The snow in the valley is on its way out and many of the local trails have begun to emerge from underneath it. Grab your family and hippity-hop your way down the Train Wreck Trail, to Lost Lake or down the Cheakamus River. Make sure to dress for the spring weather. This means proper footwear, a light jacket, and don't forget your sunglasses.

Indulge In Sweets

It wouldn't be Easter without chocolate! Visit Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for a caramel apple or a slice of their fresh, homemade fudge. If you're looking for something a little more "fluffy", stop by Purebread for a delicious backed good.

Take Part In An Easter Egg Hunt

The 9th Annual Whistler Community Easter Egg Hunt takes place on Saturday, March 31st from 9:30 am - 12:00 pm at Myrtle Phillip Community School. It starts at 10 a.m. and is staggered with younger age groups first. Indoors for tots, outdoors for school-aged kids.
