From its’ appearance, smell, taste and mouthfeel, there is much attention to detail that goes into perfecting beer. Anyone who has ever experienced the delight of a pint done right will agree that beer is a many-splendoured thing. In Whistler, we like to celebrate such splendours, because sipping on a cold one in the mountains just seems ‘right!’
With Whistler’s soaring mountain peaks and breathtaking September skies, the Whistler Village Beer Festival couldn’t have picked a better backdrop. The festival will take place on September 14, 2013 at the Whistler Olympic Plaza from 1PM to 5:30PM.
It will be focused on educating visitors and locals alike on the art and craft of brewing and tasting beer. The festival will illuminate the talents of the Canadian and Pacific Northwest craft brewing community with some international brews to add flavour to the mix. Psst. Whistler’s 100% BC owned and 100% BC brewed beer can be sampled and enjoyed at the Whistler Brewing Company booth.
Don’t let the ‘clinks and cheers’ start and stop on Saturday only! Enjoy a weekend variety of beer gatherings at partner venues throughout Whistler Village, events are happening throughout the day. View Schedule
