The Aspens
The Aspens is the epitome of Whistler slopeside Condo-Hotels. The attractive lodge-style building is nestled slopeside on Blackcomb Mountain with true ski-in/ski-out convenience. Spectacular mountain views from the outdoor heated pool and three hot tubs. Just outside your door, you’ll have immediate access to the Blackcomb Gondola in winter or summer. The Aspens on Blackcomb consist of large one and two-bedroom suites, offering all the comforts of home. Providing full kitchens, private balconies, some of which overlook Blackcomb ski slopes, complimentary WiFi and fireplaces in every suite. There is a well-equipped workout room with modern cardio equipment, together with various shared laundry facilities throughout the property.
The elegant entry lobby will welcome you with an open fire during the winter, and friendly staff man the front desk 24 hours a day. During the winter, take advantage of The Aspens valet ski storage - Ski Valets will take your equipment and safely store it for you until your next use. The on-site Ski Shop will cater for any last minutes purchases you may require.
In the summer months, the daily Kids Zone nearby and the weekly Farmer's Market are always a popular choice for guests. The Aspens on Blackcomb is a proven favorite for Mountain Bikers. The Front desk staff manage the secure bike cages with care. The Aspens on Blackcomb Mountain is a true slope side property and a firm favourite of repeat guests. BLACKCOMB BENCHLANDS
Affectionately known as “The Bench”, this area is made up of high-end hotels and ski-in/out condos and townhomes. Access to the Main Village is dependent on where you are staying within the Benchlands. There are 3 high-end hotels on flat ground at the very base of Blackcomb, that provide a 4-8 minute stroll into the village center via the beautiful valley trail. Moving up the slope, there are some high-end accommodations that give the very best access to the ski hill. The lower slope accommodations provide walk-able access into the village and present a great way to work off a few cocktails. If you are situated further up the slopes or set back away from the slopes in neighbouring developments, then the easiest way to gain access to the village is to hop on the Free Resort Shuttle. In the winter, the shuttle will pass by your accommodation approximately every 10 minutes and in the summer, every 20 minutes. You will be dropped at the Village in just a 2-minute drive. Blackcomb is equally popular in the summer months as access to the Lost Lake Park and Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Course is right on your doorstep.ONE BEDROOM CONDO - 590 SQ FT
These popular condos all have private balconies and suit couples or small families. Featuring a full kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and all cooking utensils, it's home from home.
The living room offers a queen Sofabed and a gas fireplace along with a dining table with seating for up to 4 persons. The separate bedroom has a King bed – some of which can be split into two singles (please enquire). The bathroom features a full bath with a shower.
TWO BEDROOM CONDO – 800 SQ FT
The two bedroom condos at the Aspens can sleep up to 6 persons. There is a central living room with a queen sofa bed and gas fireplace, leading to a private balcony. The dining table is open plan to a fully equipped kitchen with Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher and full Utensils.
Either side of the Living room are the bedrooms, one of which offers a King bed with a private En-Suite Bathroom with a Shower. The 2nd bedroom features either two twin beds or occasionally a Tri Bunk (please enquire). There is an ensuite shower room serving the 2nd bedroom.
