It’s just a 5-minute walk to the base of the Whistler Mountain gondolas and the Main Village. Each of their affordable Whistler accommodations offers spacious living, with real wood-burning fireplaces and large private balconies. A favourite year-round accommodation for families and groups, Tantalus Resort Lodge offers one and two-bedroom suites that boast 900 sq ft of living space, a traditional fireplace (logs can be purchased in the hotel lobby), and the largest private balconies in Whistler. The large living room and kitchen are perfect for entertaining or relaxing after an adventurous day in Whistler. For the ultimate relaxing evening, enjoy the outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs and sauna.Â
Rather ski in your boots than walk in them? Tantalus Lodge operates a complimentary daily ski shuttle during the winter months for your convenience. During the summer months, enjoy the tennis and beach volleyball courts, kids' playground, and the picnic and BBQ area. Also, the Whistler Driving Range is just across the street! WHISTLER VILLAGE
Whistler Village is an award-winning, pedestrianized plethora of Shops, Boutiques, Restaurants, Wine Bars and Night Clubs, creatively intermingled with world-class Accommodations and Hotels. If you choose to stay within the Village, you can generally access the Ski Hill via the village strolls. Interconnecting walkways provide easy access from the Main Whistler Gondola through to Village North and Blackcomb Base. Most Accommodations provide secure underground parking at a nominal fee. Whistler Resort frequently holds Festivals and Celebrations throughout the year and the village can be very busy. For those guests expecting a quieter more relaxed atmosphere, yet still within easy access to the village facilities, we suggest you take preference to one of Whistler’s other popular locations. There is a 2nd Gondola (Excalibur) at the base of Whistler (next door to the Main Gondola) that provides easy access to Blackcomb Mountain. Excalibur is also used for visitors wanting to Après Ski in the Village and access their Ski in/out accommodation higher on the Blackcomb Ski Slopes throughout the season.
ONE BEDROOM SUITE - 650 SQ FT
These huge One Bedroom Suites are 650 sq ft and come complete with a full kitchen and a queen bed or twins in the master bedroom, wireless internet, double size Sofa bed in the living room.
TWO BEDROOM SUITES - 900 SQ FT
These Suites come with two separate bedrooms with a queen bed in one and two twins in the second. There are also 2 full bathrooms, a Sofa bed in the living room and a full kitchen and dining area. Usual facilities such as Wireless Internet and Flat Screen TVs.
