Once booked customers can choose between a custom fitting session held in their accommodation or an in store pickup the day prior to your first ski day.

Your personal ski concierge will arrive at a pre-arranged time to custom fit your equipment in the comfort of your own room. Black Tie’s on-slope service means that with just one quick phone call, they’ll be there to check the equipment and make sure you’re making the most of your ski vacation. When you are ready to return your equipment just give Black Tie a call and they’ll arrange to swing over and collect all of your gear.

For those looking to pickup/drop-off their equipment in store, Black Tie has 2 conveniently located storefronts just steps from the lifts at both Whistler Village and Blackcomb's Upper Village.
