7 of the Best Whistler Patios

Whether you are dining or enjoying a beverage, it’s all done best on a patio. Whistler patios offer some of the most incredible views, so grab a seat outside and watch the sunset in good company! Stop by any of these Whistler patios and you won’t be disappointed.

Earls Kitchen and Bar
Savor the sun on the Earls patio in the heart of Whistler’s Main Village. This patio over looks the Village Stroll and is centrally located. The daily drink and food specials are sure to enhance afternoon in Whistler.
Locals tip – mojitos are a must at Earls!

Milestones
Milestones is the upper village’s patio of patios. This large wrap around patio will allow you to chase the sun all day long. Winter or summer, Milestones has great views of Blackcomb Mountain and offers a quieter evening atmosphere away from the main village.
Locals tip – bellini, bellini, bellini.

Garibaldi Lift Co. Bar & Grill (The GLC)
For when you’re so excited to après, you can’t even get all the way down the hill… Literally, this patio is right on the slope. In the summer watch bikers drop the famous GLC drop right from the patio. During the winter this is the best spot to watch the famous weekly Fire and Ice show. Regardless of the season, you can’t beat the mountain and village views from the GLC.
Locals tip –caesars with bacon, need we say more?

Tapley’s
Tapley’s is Whistler’s sports bar of choice. The patio is lined with large windows that peer into the bar, and most importantly, onto the big-screen TV’s hosting a slew of sporting events. The patio also features a great fire pit, so get there early to snag it for the evening!
Locals tip – Deep Cove Local Craft Beer.

Dubh Linn Gate Irish Pub
From delicious breakfast to live bands in the evening, the Dubh Linn Gate’s all-day-long patio is one of the liveliest. Nestled just across from the Blackcomb Gondola in the main village it boasts great views of the mountains and offers a central location close to both gondolas and bus loop.
Locals tip – keep it dark; it’s an Irish pub after all!

Brewhouse
Sandwiched between Whistler’s Olympic Plaza and the running village glacier-fed creek, the Brewhouse couldn’t have a better location. Relax by the water, or enjoy the sounds of a concert from the plaza all on one patio. The Brewhouse also has live bands perform right on the patio frequently.
Locals tip – any beer at the Brewhouse can do no wrong.

El Furniture Warehouse
The laid-back staff here will serve you $4.95 meals all day long, yes full meals for $4.95! Plant a group of friends down at one of the patio picnic tables and enjoy the good vibes at El Furn! Located directly across from the gazebo, where bands often perform during the weekend evenings.
Locals tip – Whistler Brewing seasonal beers are the way to go, but the bartenders at El Furn are wizards and can make miracles happen.
