Our Fees for marketing your home are set at 20% of Income received. Most property managers charge from 30% to 50% and then load Travel Agent and Credit Card Fees on top.

Each month, we will send you Income received from departed guests, together with a detailed statement.

We manage every aspect of booking your vacation rental and ensuring an enjoyable experience for guests and owners. Our goal is to enable you to make the most revenue from your rental, whilst ensuring your home stays in impeccable order. We do everything from taking photos, writing descriptions, and marketing your property to potential guests. We also take care of managing logistics like reservations, payments, check-ins and check- outs, coordination, and scheduling housekeeping. We charge a nominal fee for overseeing maintenance issues, managing handymen for regular maintenance, improvements, and emergencies, but in the big scheme, the overall additional charges will be limited to a few occasions. We make sure home owners can sleep well at night knowing their rental is being taken care of and generating the most revenue possible.

We are on-call 7 days a week to liaise with your guests and take care of any issues that may arise. Should there be an issue, we will contact you, the owner, to discuss the plan of action.

We partner with Homeaway and VRBO and provide your property with a FREE listing on these websites. The good thing is we manage the listing entirely, freeing up your time to enjoy the Income. We are professionals in our field and have the knowledge and ability to yield much better returns than owner direct management. We are a reputable and established company so you can be sure your investment is safe with us. We receive calls on a regular basis from clients who have been deceived out of their entire vacation payment from fraudsters featuring fake homes on owner direct portals. Your guest can also be assured that your property features live availability on our website, unlike most other owner direct portals.

Our offices are based overlooking the Olympic Downhill here at Whistler Creekside.  We are open 7 days a week and also have a messaging service during busy hours that are responded to in quick time.

As with all rental accommodations, they should be prepared and presented to the market in impeccable condition. From time to time, there will be occasions when items need attention; perhaps your guest or cleaner has reported an issue. We will liaise with you as to the plan of action and act accordingly.

We carry full Business and Liability Insurance to cover any eventuality. Travel Agents in BC, are required to be licensed. When your guest books a trip with us, you can feel confident that our business has obligations under BC law including regular financial reporting and providing security.

Additionally, when your guest books travel with us, they are able to make a claim to the Travel Assurance Fund (TAF), a possible source of compensation when consumers do not receive the travel services they purchased and are unable to obtain compensation through their travel insurance, credit card or other sources.

We do not feel it necessary to tie you into a contract. If you are unhappy at any stage, you are free to leave our services. For the sake of your guests, we ask you honor any future bookings already made.

No. We have you covered. To enable the smooth rental of your Investment, we ask for exclusive marketing. “Too many cooks in the kitchen, spoil the broth”.

You are solely responsible for your own Taxes and Accounting. At your request we will send your Accountant a detailed Income and Expenditure statement. These being everything you need to prepare your Taxes.

Our online booking process will collect taxes on your behalf. These taxes along with your Income will be forwarded to you each month without fail.

We love to speak to our owners wherever possible. This is the start of a long-term relationship and is key to our success. For busy owners, we provide you with a cutting edge Owner Module. With this tool, owners can simply manage all aspects of their unit, with the ability to create/maintain a calendar, make maintenance requests, view your income statements and many more features.

Our customer service is exemplary and to this end we are available 7 days a week to ensure total guest satisfaction. We pride ourselves on ensuring that all the bases are covered by communicating with your guests on a regular basis to ensure their vacation experience is flawless.

We do not “provide” cleaners, but we can certainly recommend many Resort cleaners whom we work with. Each time a reservation is made, your cleaner will be notified of pre and post stay schedules to ensure your home is ready for the next visitor. Most competent cleaners can be directed to carry out a brief inventory and condition check after each visit.

We have many recommendations for Hot Tub servicing. For a nominal fee, they will visit your Hot Tub and carry out regular maintenance and cleaning.

We will notify and coordinate with each guest as to how they gain access to your Investment. We recommend a digital number code lock that can be programmed from any Internet portal. This alleviates any potential untimely lockouts and also ensures your guests do not re-access the property after check out.

We will take care of issuing your guest with a detailed Rental Contract that lays out all terms, conditions, house rules and policies. Research at HomeAway shows guests are far less likely to book a rental if a security deposit is required. HomeAway itself has taken steps to eliminate them and this has become a trend in the industry. Owners should expect every now and then they might have to replace a fork or knife, do some touch-up painting, replace a sink or shower fixture, etc. All homes experience periodic maintenance. Guests do sign a contract committing to paying for damage via their credit card on file, and there are strict policies when additional cleaning is needed as well.

Getting started is easy and risk-free. We can activate vacation rentals in a week. Normal activation includes shooting new photos, putting together detailed listings for our website and associated marketing channels, setting pricing and beginning to take reservations.
