Pickup Locations:
For Domestic Flights, our driver will arrive 15 minutes after your flight lands and meet you at your baggage carousel.
For International Flights, our driver will meet your group 30 minutes after your flight lands at the two large Totem Poles located in the main Public Arena near the Exit Doors of the International Terminal as you exit out of the secured customs area.
For Airport Meet & Greet, your driver will have a sign that reads your name or group name.

Trip Delays:
In the event of Trip Delays, we will monitor your inbound flight. No extra charges for flight delays.

Gratuities:
A 20% Luxury Transport Service Fee is added to all bookings and includes driver gratuity, fuel surcharge and merchant surcharge.

A complimentary 15 minute stop on route (groceries, sightseeing, coffee) is included with your booking.

Additional stops (for sightseeing on route, groceries, etc.) can be scheduled for an extra fee (per 30 minutes).

Child Seating:
Complimentary infant, child and booster seats available upon request.
