Powderhorn

Powderhorn condos, located in the Blackcomb Benchlands, are just 200 metres from the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. These ski-in/ski-out access suites are famously spacious and equipped with a full kitchen, living room and fireplace for you to enjoy during your stay in Whistler Blackcomb mountain resort. Larger units have vaulted ceilings and whirl tubs in the master bath. The rooftop hot tub is a fantastic place to unwind after that great day of outdoor activities, and what a breathtaking view you’ll get from up there!

Powderhorn is wonderfully tucked away from the bustle of the Village, but situated in a convenient location so you can easily get to everything Whistler has to offer. If you want to hit the town, jump on the complimentary village shuttle which picks you up and drops you off in front of the Powderhorn’s main lobby. If you’ve still got some energy, then you can take the enjoyable 10-minute walk.

Powderhorn is a favourite Whistler condo choice for our guests. A family from Atlanta, Georgia boasts “This place is great if you just want a nice place to stay close to the slopes. It’s about a short 200-metre walk to the slopes in the morning, but when coming back to Powderhorn you can take a little trail that cuts off half the walk. The hot tub on the roof was also really cool. Overall a solid place if you’re here to enjoy the outdoors!”

BLACKCOMB BENCHLANDS

Affectionately known as “The Bench”, this area is made up of high-end hotels and ski-in/out condos and townhomes. Access to the Main Village is dependent on where you are staying within the Benchlands. There are 3 high-end hotels on flat ground at the very base of Blackcomb, that provide a 4-8 minute stroll into the village center via the beautiful valley trail. Moving up the slope, there are some high-end accommodations that give the very best access to the ski hill. The lower slope accommodations provide walk-able access into the village and present a great way to work off a few cocktails. If you are situated further up the slopes or set back away from the slopes in neighbouring developments, then the easiest way to gain access to the village is to hop on the Free Resort Shuttle. In the winter, the shuttle will pass by your accommodation approximately every 10 minutes and in the summer, every 20 minutes. You will be dropped at the Village in just a 2-minute drive. Blackcomb is equally popular in the summer months as access to the Lost Lake Park and Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Course is right on your doorstep.
