All Whistler Helicopter Tours depart from the Whistler Heliport just a 10 minute drive North of Whistler Village (9960 Heliport Road).Â
Once your Whistler Helicopter tour booking is submitted you will receive a tour specific confirmation with all pertinent information regarding your itinerary.
As safety is paramount, all Whistler Helicopter Tours are subject to suitable weather conditions. Should weather not be suitable we will do our best to reschedule your tour or you will be issued a full refund.

Lifting off from the north end of the Whistler Valley, you’ll rise into the magnificent Coast Mountains. Explore expansive glaciers and mighty peaks as you see Whistler in the best possible way. If the weather permits, the pilot will take you to a mountaintop landing where you’ll get to stretch your legs, snap some photos and take in the view for 15 minutes (complimentary).

Blackcomb Signature
Our most exclusive tour. A private 40 minute flight for up to 5 passengers. This tour departs from the Whistler heliport, and immediately heads North through the remote backcountry terrain of the Soo and Rutherford valleys, before reaching the remarkable Ipsoot Icefield. After 20 minutes of flying, if weather permits, you’ll stop for a complimentary 15 minute mountain landing.
The tour finishes with 20 minutes flying through the iconic Whistler landmarks of the Black Tusk, Garibaldi Lake, Cheakamus Glacier, the Peak to Peak, and the ski resort. This is the most all-encompassing experience you can do in Whistler, and should not be missed!

Heli Picnic
Enjoy a scenic flight over glaciers and stunning mountain peaks before landing at a beautiful backcountry lake. While you take in your surroundings, your Guide will set up your delicious picnic created by the team at Portobello Whistler. After you’ve enjoyed your feast, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet or go on a short hike. If you’re feeling adventurous, choose our paddle-boarding add-on to really make the most of the beautiful alpine lakes.

Heli Hiking
Our exclusive tenure in Southwest British Columbia, which encompasses eight different mountain regions, is characteristically diverse and permits our team of professionally certified guides to choose heli-hiking terrain that suits your ability level and personal goals. British Columbia has some of the greatest hiking in the world – on a day of heli hiking you get to combine the thrill of flying high above the mountains with the ease of accessing some of the best terrains without having to work hard to get there! Heli hikes can be for those wanting an easy trek with incredible views, or for those that want to tackle harder terrain – with a head-start on the elevation.

Silver & Gold Band Proposal
Whisk your loved one away for an incredible alpine proposal! The Coast Mountain’s scenery is incredible, and perfect for that fairy-tale proposal. Take their breath away as you soar above Whistler to one of our secluded alpine locations where the views will be almost as stunning as your special someone. Once you are there you will have 20 minutes to pop the question.

Heli Biking Tours - Call for Details
Riders will be flown to the high alpine in a remote area between Whistler and Pemberton. With options for both Advanced (Middle Peak) and Expert (Hidden Peak) skill levels and a mix of technical and flow trail sections, there is a wide variety for all riders to experience some of Whistler’s best biking. Depending on the trail choice, bikers can expect to ride 9km to 12km of trail through either 1300-1600 meters of elevation drop on this incredible adventure through the Sea-to-Sky backcountry.
