BBQ JUDGING CLASS: Become a Certified BBQ Judge - 4 pm

WHOLE HOG BBQ DEMONSTRATION - 7 to 8 pm
With BBQ Champion Jim Ericson. Learn the 24 hour process of cooking a whole hog. Demo is FREE, dinner is $15.

Saturday Night Whole Hog Feed

With Jim Ericson. Reserve your dinner by attending Jim's whole hog demo on Friday. Our famous Hog Feed - a Slow Smoked Whole Hog BBQ'd for 24 hours and served up with fresh BBQ vittles - baked beans, corn on the cob, coleslaw, tossed greens, and our famous buns and butt rub mayo! - It all starts at 7pm

THE CANADIAN BBQ CHAMPIONSHIPS
Cooks from all over North America will be competing for the honour of "Canadian Champion 2010" with $5000 in cash and prizes, and an invitation to the World Championships in Lynchburg. A great day to come on down and see the pros in action and sample some of the best BBQ you will ever eat.
